A Day at Hotel Windsor

It is a school holiday tradition that my friends and our mums go for high tea. Having previously tried Christina Re and The Langham, it was time to venture to Hotel Windsor.

Upon walking in, I felt as though I had stepped into a world of luxury. I immediately noticed the regal red carpet, and could not help but admire the very intricate cornices above.

It was now time to indulge in both the sweet and the savoury.

On a three-tiered silver stand, we were given sandwiches (with a vegetarian option), savoury pastries, scones, and mini cakes, accompanied by endless amounts of tea and coffee.

What I enjoyed most about Hotel Windsor’s high tea, was the ambience of the room. The abundance of natural light and the view of the very Parisian Spring Street ultimately adds to the experience.

Given I had the perfect excuse to dress up, I chose to wear a Bec & Bridge dress with a Sass & Bide belt, a coat from a local boutique store, pointy-toed heels from Lipstik Shoes, and a pink Miu Miu bag.

A big thank you to my wonderful friends and our mums, who I was able to share this experience with. It was so lovely catching up.
